The Last Day Before Exile: Stories of Resistance, Displacement & Finding Home

The number of displaced people across the world, driven out by war or oppressive governments, increases daily. As the daughter of someone who spent years living in exile, unable to return to Turkey, Bucak seeks to tell the stories of others living in such situations, having left countries from Iran to Russia, through the perspective of the final day spent in their country, whether or not they knew it was their last day at the time.
